Pescado Guerrero

I had a great Mother's Day yesterday. We had our dinner at Abuelo's and finally I took a picture of my favorite entree which is Pescado Guerrero. 

It is wood-grilled, tender barramundi filets topped with fresh shrimp, scallops, mushrooms, spinach, roasted peppers and sliced avocado in a delicious white wine sauce.
