Of all the anticipation of Valentines Day, I realized how quick the day just went by especially as we celebrated earlier than most couples do. Nothing fancy. We ate at Copeland’s of New Orleans, before Doug went to Greenwood for his Wrestling Tournament over the weekend. As for Valentines Day, it was such an ordinary day for Charles and I but I planned to take him out to eat for lunch. But knowing how restaurants could be busy on Valentines Day, I waited too long which did not sit well with Charles.
So I opted not to go instead I cooked some dishes and baked cupcakes. I cooked pancit and beef steak for my dinner as it was on my mind over the weekend. And when I was about to make frosting for the cupcakes Charles, almost ate the small ones so I didn’t bother to frost any of them. As always Charles said; it tasted really good mama which makes me feel good inside when Charles really likes the food that I am making.
So I took some photos to show you what I’ve been up to lately and cooking is one of them aside from shopping hehe. With wrestling season about to be over next week Doug, is gone most days of the week. Of course, it scares me at night when only Charles, and I, in the house though it gives me the reason to keep my self busy. Right now, there’s an app that I really liked, instacollage2, and never realized it was already midnight since I started learning how the apps worked and I loved it.

Taking pictures is not my forte and now I have this app I should be taking more pictures than usual. As you know I hardly update my Facebook status or post pictures aside from my blogs. Unlike many others they post everything even nonsense I guess. Hey! Its their page and they can do whatever they want. But sometimes you need to think whether you’re over sharing what you have or your just too narcissistic not to realize what you’re doing. Just saying.
