|Fried Chicken with Asparagus & Scalloped Potatoes|
Its been awhile since I have watched Chopped, on the Food Network. With last week’s marathon it gave me an idea of cooking fried chicken for dinner using other ingredient (panko) that I have not used before. To be honest, I was really nervous how the chicken would taste, as I am used to of using only two ingredients, salt and black pepper. But it turned out delicious according to Doug, well, he always liked when I cooked something new for our meals together. Paired with sautéed asparagus, and scalloped potatoes we had a perfect combination.
